How Long Do the Results Last?

The longevity of results for cavitation and EMS sculpting depends on lifestyle habits and maintenance.

With cavitation, fat cells are permanently destroyed and do not regenerate. However, if a person does not maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine, the remaining fat cells can expand, leading to weight gain in other areas. Typically, results last several months to years, depending on individual metabolism and lifestyle.

EMS sculpting results are different. While muscle gains are noticeable after just a few sessions, they require ongoing maintenance, much like regular strength training. If a person stops treatment and does not engage in resistance exercise, muscle tone will gradually diminish over time. Fat loss from EMS sculpting is also not as long-lasting as cavitation unless combined with a healthy lifestyle.

For the best long-term results, it’s recommended to maintain a balanced diet, stay active, and consider periodic maintenance treatments for either method.
